拉丁舞（Latin Dance）源自拉丁美洲，以热情、节奏感和强烈的身体表现力著称。

本课程以国际标准拉丁舞五个舞种——恰恰（Cha Cha）、伦巴（Rumba）、桑巴（Samba）、斗牛（Paso Doble）和牛仔（Jive）为核心内容，通过系统训练，帮助学员掌握舞蹈技巧、节奏感与肢体协调，展现出自信、优雅与热情的舞台魅力。
